Berry Yoghurt Smoothie

A smoothie is a great way to start the day, and it can also make a wholesome snack when you need something to tide you over between meals. For those days when you don’t get a proper dinner a light fruit smoothie is just right for a bedtime snack. This one, with no added sugar, is a nutritious and delicious choice.

A mix of berries gives this tasty mixture lots of antioxidants, while banana and yoghurt provide the perfect creamy texture. Choose frozen berries for a frosty cold drink, or fresh berries for maximum flavor.

There’s enough to share – or keep half in a thermal bottle for later in the day.
